Week 1, Year 9

First of all Happy Anniversary to my man. We have officially been married 8 years and so we are starting our 9th. It has been a great run and I love him so much. We celebrated our anniversary last weekend because that is when we could get a sitter, thanks mom. We did a stay-cation. We slept at home and just hung out and saw movies and ate out. It was great. It is funny because that is what we usually end up doing most anniversaries, we're best friends though and it is nice to re-connect. On our anniversary Carl went and picked up his new favorite toy, nope not me or the Murano any more, welcome. . .


The kids, okay only Garrick really, were excited that it was finally not raining so I brought out the pool. We'd done it once earlier in the year and they both loved splashing and being splashed. Marley didn't like being splashed as much this time but we all got a little wet and had a good time. Oh, and I love the new swimming suits they have for kids, my pasty white Icky doesn't run near the risk of getting burned in his nice rash guard.
